BPS Statistics of Sumba Barat Regency conducting a refresher for the Area Sample Framework (KSA) for Rice and Corn personnel.

The KSA survey is a routine activity conducted every month, starting 7 days before the end of the month. This survey aims to estimate the harvested area for rice and secondary crops (corn) using satellite imagery. With this method, it is hoped that the data on the harvested area for both rice and secondary crops (corn) will become more accurate.

It is hoped that through this refreshing session, we can reinvigorate our understanding of the concepts and definitions, as well as evaluate the progress of KSA each month, so that the implementation of the KSA survey can be improved in the future.
